hmm。Maybe a build.prop thing, nonetheless glad you found a working way.

Okay...I am pretty sure it is the problem of the kernel
Somehow i used the N kernel you gave davecotefilm, and the wifi is working now..XD I am a happy man. The only problem is the message that pop up at boot, "Kernel is not Seandroid Enforcing"
N Kernel site: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=529152257862699825

That justs means the kernel is set to permissive. Personally, i think its better that way.

The rom is lack of simplified chinese characters. Is there a ways to fix it too?

Oh my god, i fixed it lol..XDD i am just pure lucky. I replaced this file in fonts SECHans-Regular.otf taken From MM rom.

Also fixed all the symbol error like pounds "£"

New rom repacked let me know if better or worse :) I'll give it one more shot if its worse lol, but am waiting for N for our devices just like you. Just wanted the community to feel Nougat that wasn't Chinese firmware. I'm waiting for the release too so I can update the Lineage 14.1 drivers and ramdisk and kernel. I'm afraid if I do that now, a bit will change when its available via ota and make my work moot.

Enjoy

Just downloaded the new ROM. As a beginner this is such a thrill. I used to root and rom in the past, but haven't done anything in awhile. Look forward to testing this all out, and providing feedback if warranted.:good:

Thanks for the hard work you put into making this possible

Hi @travis82, The rom works so far so good, just one question, why the samsung theme store is in Chinese, and it ask for phone, contact, and storage access. I flashed Dave's auroa N before yours, but I did format the data. so I'm wondering if the theme store is embended in the rom? And why the app's name displays in Chinese?
thanks,
