A.I Watch App Contest

Hi everyone,
I was have an Idea to organize a cool A.I Watch app contest with nice prizes:
All A.I Watch community will be part of the Judge.
Each app will be as well display in A.I app store and will be A.I Watch Certified.
The question how much time you think the contest will need to during so all the developers will be able to present there apps ?
You are welcome with ideas, suggestions etc...

As good as this sounds, wouldn't be logical for device to be released first?

Thanks for your comment
We understand that well but we release few weeks ago the SDK + A.I Watch Simulator you dont think its enough for developers to develop apps and participate on this first A.I Watch contest ?
We are in contact with many developers and for them the SDK + the simulator is enough.

I have an idea, but too busy with my dissertation, and looming exams to make the app.
