[ROM][4.4.x] SlimKat - P880 - Optimus X4HD [Build 8.1 ][UNOFFICIAL]

SlimRoms is a custom android operating system. The main goal is to offer users a slimmed down but still feature rich alternative to other android operating systems.
The entire SlimTeam work together to bring you this tailor-made beauty straight from Android Open Source Project (AOSP) source code.
All of the sources can be publicly viewed through GitHub and you can stop by the public Gerrit to submit patches of any type.

SlimKat is the project name for SlimRoms based on Android 4.4 and offers the following original features:

Not sure if a 4.4 bug, or a slimkat bug, or a problem my side, but settings>volumes = lock up, and volume up/down = Lock Up too? Intact sound>anything = Lock up.. Intact I'm experiencing a few lock ups, I think it must be my problem tbh..

no but now i update to cwm 4 tuch and all good verry fast rom no lag buttery is good for me but please tell me how i can close button light is all time on :'( and i cant change call sound olway crash

Unplug from charger XD or change this in settings or in xposed

Great ROM when I tried it but I don't know if issues was me only as it was working perfectly but if I pressed volume key it caused screen, keys etc... To become fully unresponsive and volume slider doesn't show up at all

I'm getting "error in /external_sd/Slim-p880...etc Status 7"
And installation is aborted.
If I try to reboot, my phone gets stuck in boot loop. I think the issue is that I did not update cwm before rebooting and wiping everything, can anyone tell me how I can update CWM without rebooting my phone?

Use a recovery img flasher from market and load 6.0.4.4.img downloaded from the thread.
