I read 3 things that the post is not explaining
FIRST: He's not explaining how to get edl via adb.
SECOND: That Android 10 is ready for the Lenovo z6 pro.
THIRD: U can change the launcher, I post all this things one by one.
In first time, this post is for the users that haven't any problem to get android only in English.
Why?
Because, the last TWO updates turn on 4G LTE, making that QPST and QXDM go to the sh..t
And... lets go.
How to get EDL via adb.
Install DRIVERS AND QPST, restart your pc.
Activate USB DEBUGGING, I think that this is not necessary to explain.
Connect your phone to the PC, preferably in the left usb hub.
Go to Shell, and run like Administrator, then type adb reboot edl and press Enter.
Automatically the phone screen will dim as dead, it's a sign of your phone has gone into EDL Mode.
Your pc, recognise the EDL MODE and install the CHINESE ROM via QPST.

IF ALL IS GOOD YOU HAVE THE CHINESE ROM AND ONLY HAVE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
I don't recommend install MoreLocale app, trust me, THE PHONE DOESN'T RESPONSE.
NOW, THIS IS THE MOST EASY.
Only install all the update, one by one, and, the last two have:
FIRST: ANDROID 10, THIS HAVE MORE OR LESS 1.7 Gb.
SECOND: READING THE POST ON https://club.lenovo.com.cn/thread-5667292-1-1.html THE LAST UPDATE REPAIR 150 APN CARRIERS.
GOOD, THIS IS NOT A REALLY TUTORIAL, BUT IF YOU WANT TO GET 4G LTE YOU NEED DO THIS.
SORRY, DON'T FORGET.
To lockback your Bootloader, you only need:
Donwload this .rar archive, this contain the only platform-tools, that lockback the bootloader, another one doesn't work, sorry.

EXTRACT THE CARPET AND RUN POWER SHELL IN THE CARPET, PRESS SHIFT + RIGHT BUTTON AND SELECT POWER SHELL
Now type:
cmd
adb devices
adb fastboot reboot
(and wait your phone restart in fastboot mode, don't disconnect your phone from the pc and don't forget that USB DEBBUGING must be on)
Type:
fastboot flashing lock
check your phone and read, select the option that says, yes,lock bootloader.
this change with volume button and select with power button.
Good luck for everyone, i'm from Mexico, and this steps, turn me on 4G LTE for all the carriers that i have here.
Remember that SD 855 ON THIS TERMINAL IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH DIAG MODE, THIS IS THE REASON THAT YOU CAN'T UNLOCK 4G LTE VIA QPST AND QXDM.
TO CHANGE THE LAUNCHER ONLY DOWNLOAD NOVA LAUNCHER,
OPEN THE APP AND GO TO THE SETTINGS,
IN THE SETTINGS THE APP SAYS THAT ISN'T THE APP BY DEFAULT, ONLY SELECT YOUR LAUNCHER FOR ALWAYS.
DONT YOU WORRY FOR U-TOUCH, IT'S WORK.
