AOSP HONEYCOMB Theme​


I KNOW THAT CREDITS AND THANKS MOST OF THE TIME ARE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE OP, BUT IN THIS CASE IT JUST WOULDN'T BE FAIR. WITHOUT HIM I THINK I WOULD NEVER SUCCEED IN THIS.

Hello boys and girls,

I would like to announce that I will be making an AOSP Honeycomb theme for the ones that do not like TouchWiz look


Also, u can check my work for Samsung Galaxy S II here SPECIAL EDITION & AOSP Themes

But, don't be confused, my AOSP theme for SGSII is Gingerbread AOSP. Here u can expect Honeycomb AOSP theme :)


Features:

- Pure Honeycomb look
- Stock/AOSP Android Honeycomb experience
- Dark background in settings
- Screen-off animation (CRT)
- Advanced power manu
- Overscroll glow
- Original Honeycomb icons
- Honeycomb battery style


Please note that this theme working only with KH7 and KI1 D E O D E X E D leaked firmware for 3G model P-7500. Version for P-7510 coming really soon

Installation:
- Download the ZIP file from the download section below and DO NOT unzip it
- Copy the .ZIP file to your INTERNAL SD card
- Boot your phone into CWM
- Wipe cache and dalvik cache
- Select 'Install ZIP from SD Card'
- Select 'Choose Zip from SD Card'
- Then select the .ZIP file you downloaded
- Reboot
- After this you only have to enjoy :)

Installation:

ONLY FOR ROOTED STOCK (ODEXED) KG9 Tablets (3G model P 7500)

- Download the ZIP file from the download section below and UNZIP IT
- Transfer AlarmClock.apk to your SD card
- Using Root Explorer copy the AlarmClock.apk file to system/app
- Put permission to R/W in order to replace the existing app
- Reboot your tablet
- After this you only have to enjoy :)

how did you make dark background in settings menu? is it possible to use a photo instead of a single color background?

Possible bugs: 1) white text on white bg in settnings 2) no crt effect on my tablet :/ 3) black text on black bg in calander settings

If we use photo, then it wont be AOSP right :)

If u see when I started thread, one month ago, then u will realised how much time i spent on that bloody background. Stupid Samsung. I DL zillion roms from xoom, asus etc, copy their codes and still nothing. And then i have to emphasis this, IF I DIDNT HAVE HELP FROM ALTERBRIDGE86, i would never find out about that background. Basicaly in res/values/styles.xml winsettheme is changed from holo.light to holo only.

About those issues ill try to fix them in next version.

CRT effect on HC working not the same as on Gingerbread. Try to leave tab to to screen off it self and u will see crt off :)
