CM9. Capacitive button back lights won't stay on. Didn't have this problem with my previous kernel.
It really doesn't bother me too much. Just letting you know :)

Damn...I just had a random reboot, not even 1 hour since I flashed. My phone was on the charger. I'm running AOKP 4/9. Gonna go back to cm9 kernel till the random reboots get resolved.

You seriously think anything will get resolved if you get 1 random reboot and automatically switch to another kernel and expect it to be fixed without leaving any information?

There appear to be some problems with the OC code...

While setting governor to "Performance" with the max clock to 1600 MHz, and pushing the CPU hard (as in Antutu benchmarks or repeated Linpack) the clock speed drops back down to 800 MHz. Also, before anyone asks, my device was completely stable at 1600 MHz on Siyah-GB and Entropy's DD-GB.

Seems very odd, but it's very reproducible on my device. This is with no undervolting and other Siyah settings at stock.

Anyone else notice this?

What rom are you running, and what are you using to change the governor and clock speed?

I'm on CM9 using the "performance" menu in settings. Everything seems good on my end.

Did any of you guys that are having random reboot use the Jivy kernel cleaner script from the OP?

I flashed the version “WITHOUT mic swap” now to prove it.

With the version “WITH mic swap” the duration of the battery has been very short, I do not know if that influences.

Nevertheless the other options work correctly.

Edit: 1st reboot in call :(

Maybe a battery issues?

PS: Sorry for the spanish capture.

Thanks again for this great work ;)

I just did the cleaner script and reflashed kernel. My phone turns on... Lockscreen is on. I swipe to the right to unlock and the phone freezes. Stays frozen for ~30 seconds and reboots. I was not charging at the time. Not a good sign, eh? :/

Definetely wierd. I have 3 people confirmed that the script did the trick and freezes went away.

Though i did not experience reboot, my phone did lock up and screen would not turn on. Had to pull battery to fix. At the time, phone was plugged into usb.

What other information do I need to leave? I figured it is a common bug since I'm seeing its happening to everybody. And I have never had a random reboot on aokp except for this once an hour after flashing this.

    Dual-Boot instructions and Notes
If you want to have another ROM as secondary ROM, follow these steps:
1.Make a nandroid backup of your existing ROM
2.wipe everything and install the other ROM
3.Boot the ROM and make customizations. Don’t forget to reflash SiyahKernel if the ROM flashes another kernel.
4.Use CWM Touch Recovery to clone your rom as secondary rom.
    5.Restore nandroid backup
6.To boot from the secondary ROM, either press the HOME key or the VOLUME DOWN key when prompted.

    Some notes about dualbooting:
■If you do not make any cloning you won’t be prompted to boot the second ROM.
■you may need to reflash this kernel after a nandroid restore if your nandroid backup is created with another kernel.
■you won’t be able to use mass storage mode for /sdcard in second rom because we have our data and cache partitions on /sdcard. only external sdcard will be mounted if you are using mass_storage mode. mtp should work fine for sdcard.
■once again, you won’t be able to flash any CWM flashable zip to second ROM.

    More good information on dual-boot
