Screen lag on Samsung galaxy tab 3 8

There is a random screen lag kinda like a slice down where it lags

Has any one else had this problem

I have flashed custom kernels and ROMs but its still there

Please help

just suggestion : close your back working apps , hold down main button like 3-4 second and close them its maybe work and do it everytime when you start any apps
