Anyone see this and know what it does? Couldn't find any info googleing the description sucks too. It is compatible with my Note 3 but not my note 2

looks like its just extra lib files for chrome

I installed it on my gn3, and it may just be a placebo effect, but Chrome seems snapper when it comes to page display and graphics rendering.
