Having more memory is not necessarily a good thing. Android keeps applications in the memory so that it is quicker to switch between apps. Search for android RAM and read the articles. You are fine with the amount of RAM leftover.

I've been thinking of buying the Wi-fi version of the Transformer Pad TF300T. To get it connected on the move I could use wifi tethering, but the last time I tried wifi-tethering on an andromadus rom it didn't work. Does it work now or do I have to roll back to GB? Probably going back to GB Miui, just wondering.

Pretty sure it's fixed in 1.1.2. I used it a bunch while traveling a couple weeks ago. Been on Mimicry for many weeks.
Do u think the ics update for the htc design 4G (qualcomm s2/8655) will help out the 4.0+ roms for our phone blk?
Sent from my HTC Vision using xda premium
Likely not. Qualcomm already released ICS compatible libs for our device. I believe it's other ICS code rather than the blobs themselves that are causing the majority of issues we see.
I hope this brings good news to you all : http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=28829098
So, cm team looks like they're working on it for both the vision and my device

CyanogenMod... Please start supporting the MyTouch 4G with newer releases :/ .. The most we got from you is CM7.2. We'd love to get our hands on CM9, or surprise us with CM10 builds. There are devices with lower specs than ours that got CM9, and I don't know why our device's community got ditched like that :c

+Moe Nasrallah you and the vision are in the same boat: broken OMX (which we can rewrite relatively quickly) and broken camera drivers(which we have to rewrite completely).
Until we rewrite the camera drivers (which is in progress), we won't release a 9/10 build. No one is 'ditching' anybody, things just take time.

Alright I seem to have an issue. I finally got a 3G plan and interestingly, every time the phone switched towers, I would lose the data connection and wouldn't get it back unless I toggled airplane mode on and off and toggled data on and off. This was really bugging me since I wasn't getting the connection back after say, I parked in my underground garage, or I was in the hospital ( bad reception there, even for EDGE )
In the testing menu, my phone was set to WCDMA preferred, and I switched it to GSM Auto ( PRL ). I also reinstalled the ROM without the updater.
I know I'm doing something wrong, but I'm not sure what it is. Is GSM Auto the ideal setting? I'm on the latest radio+rcdata and I also wanted to know if the build.prop edits would be adverse for my carrier ( as in, some limits or whatever would be enforced messing some stuff up ).a
The latest SwiftKey 3 (released today, for JB compatibility and claims to fix bugs, etc) does not fix the issue where shift/FN act as toggles instead of single character conditioners. (So don't bother upgrading).
That said, please upvote the fix to this issue here: http://support.swiftkey.net/forums/...2-fn-key-into-lockmode-on-htc-desire-z-hardkb
There are 120 votes and the more people who pitch in the (hopefully) faster they'll fix this issue.
Why are you spamming this everywhere, particularly in unrelated threads?
You mean, why am I posting about it in 2 threads (not everywhere), 1 of which is specifically about the Shift/FN bug in SwiftKey 3 affecting a user using CM9 [link] and the other is in THIS thread.
I shouldn't even have to respond to such a pointless and seemingly righteous comment in my own thread, but just so you know, the SwiftKey 3 bug has been mentioned & discussed here a number of times [link] [link] [link] [link] [link]
Plus, why you particularly care? This thread is for my ROM and I'm trying to inform its users that we can collectively get an issue that's been discussed for literally pages fixed by a simple upvote.
Hey blk. Percentage wise, how far along is the next Mimicry ICS update? Also, how close is the first Andromadus (both) JB rom, percentage wise, if u don't mind telling.
