For my G2x, this didn't work before because there were missing libs. Does the new one fix this?

how much experience do you have extracting roms and reading files etc? reason i ask is because i really need somebody to be active on this thread and contribute from a stand phone base to this thread
Here is a Tapatalk hosted version of my screenie for all of you Tapatalkers.
This is my Tapatalk 2 signature. Rockin' the app on my Nook Color running ICS 4.0.4, courtesy of Dalingrin, Fattire, and our other beloved XDA weenies (nemith, keyodi, arcee, hacdan, etc.)
Here are my PlayerPro settings. I assume that Poweramp's EQ settings are similar. Use that screenie as a guesstimation though because that is more biased towards electro/dubstep/drum and bass/house music (considering my Nook is frequently used when I DJ).

you can't, flash your rom again without wiping anything (or restore your backup if you have one)
So, you download the script and then hit launch correct? What happens after you hit launch it just says executed but I have no idea what executed. Info please?

Just want to share this finding as xLOUD is really works for me . What your hear now if its loud since this mod contain the Beats yeah this make your phone loud. To make sure your phone running with xLOUD go to Setting-->Apps-->All verify if AudioEffectService is running if it wasnt there then xLOUD is not enabled. and if its present youll experience the real xLOUD

All ICS ROMs, including the one on the GNex, already have legacy audio (same as beats)

I've installed the 0314 and SGS20317 versions in my Huawei u8800 and I don't have that app running.Just want to share this finding as xLOUD is really works for me
But the sound is better than before!
Is there anything that I can do to enable it?
RockoDev can post it here, he can get it where he pull out the associated files for this mod.
It executes a script to install the MOD:
- copy the script to your sdcard root directory
- insert some commands for CWM
- reboot in recovery
- in recovery, commands inserted previously are executed
And MOD is installed... no more manipulation -> just push launch do all these things

Audio is something special.
When you say there is an improvement, people tend to listen closer and perceive something different even if it doesn't exist.
That's called placebo.
All I'm asking is intellectual honesty in order to not abuse of this many times proven fact.
I also think placebo-mods are affecting negatively everyone's work and also the confidence XDA users have in developers.
The solution is simple: It improves audio? That can be measured then!
If you can't measure it, it means it does nothing.
Me, I measured, Galaxy S II. found it wasn't working. It's not an opinion or a critic. It's a fact.16
Tested, with a precise and valid methodology I use in my work and reviews
All it does is strictly no change in audio output.
If you claiming you're improving sound quality while implicitly asking for donations (aka [Donate to me] button) I strongly suggest you to bring some elements supporting your assumptions.
I might add that by distributing random files and libs you're violating several manufacturers copyrights and intellectual property.
