It may be slow just after launch, when tiles draw themself at first time. After that they are cached and will draw faster.

Tested on Raphael, and also for me it is a but slow, but not when start, it's slow also when scroll the tiles.
I need to test with an overclock.

after 1 day of use the speed is bit increase, but scrolling is not smooth

in a wish list one feature to add is a page for read the messages like the contact page style

its slow on my b7610, same specs of omnia 2. i cant scroll on settings. at first start the ui is so sluggish but when ive open everything up it became much smoother but still slow unlike todayxlive. but i like the animation and fav contact widget

Yes. Dark or white solid bacgkround, without background image.
Because time is not spent for bg image drawing, so overall drawing speed is faster.

Have just installed 1.4 beta on HTC Topaz, and it works and looks good. Thank you very much. Know I can live with my Topaz a little longer.

Hello. Not in near future. There is much to do in metrohome65.
But. Source code is open so anybody can do it.

thanks for your answer, I really like your app but it's a little slow in my device, 1.4b version have icons too small for my QVGA screen, I guess it was designed for wvga

In addition to the slowness I have another problem.

When I scroll up the tiles, I see correctly the last two tiles (at bottom), but when I remove the finger from the screen all scroll down and I can see only half of the last tiles.
The same behavior is present in the list of applications.

I have a HTC Touch Pro (Raphael) with VGA resolution and WiMo 6.5

There are some settings that I can change in some config files?

That is because this version doesn't support VGA resolution correctly. It expects WVGA screen height = 800px, but VGA has height = 640, so scroll range doesn't calc correctly.

Please wait for next version with VGA support, i currently work on it. It should be a bit faster and support WVGA & VGA. Maybe at middle of may.

In my phone I just switch off screen with hardware button.
