Problem with audio

Hi there I have an xperia z1(c6903)updated to the last firmware but when I try to raise the volume from the headset (connected with jack or Bluetooth) it still set the volume on medium! I try to raise and it returns to medium and it is very boring

I don't know exactly where but there is an option to do not block the audio output. You should check very careful the options on nZ1.

I have tryied all the settings but I haven't found nothing for the volume block

I mean not exactly Volume "block", I mean there should be options to let you adjust the output to maximum instead of medium. This week I will got back my Z1 and I will check.
