[ROM][U8150]IDEOS HD 3 and 4 [STABLE and NIGHTLY]

The Revolution starts now!

I've been a lot of time away from developing,but i'm back with a newer ROM,this ROM introduces a lot of new features,I Spent some months developing this ROM,a Thanks would be appreciated

Features

Blazing Fast
This ROM has been heavy optimized,reduced battery consume and improving App Performance,Responsivness,Removed the following apks:

• CMStats.apk
• CMWallpapers.apk
• GenieWidget.apk
• GoogleTalk.apk
• Voicerecorder.apk
• ADWLauncher.apk
• Other,i can't remember because i removed like 17 MB of Apps

Only 1 ringtone,the others have been removed,This is for notification ringtones too

Jelly Bean Mixed Awesomness
A Jelly Bean ICS MotoBlur mix makes our devices very clean and beautiful to see,With Launcher Pro giving a very good Performance and a bit of Android 4.x

Light Gapps and Tweaked build.prop
This ROM feature remove of some Google Apps plus it's one of the first ROM including Tweaked WiFi Speed

How To Install
The ROM install is very easy
1.Copy the ROM to your SDCard
2.Wipe(data,cache),then Flash the ROM
3.Reboot,go to theme chooser and choose ICS

How To Install layouts(Download Not avaible at the moment)
1.Your phone have to be booted at least 1 time from its install
2.install layout in this order: 1.zip then 2.zip and 3.zip
3.Reboot and remember,there are few bugs like:
You have to reflash if you change theme from theme chooser
Nandroid not working if you use this option(the ROM will not boot)

i didn't released the ROM yet becauseIFi don't know which style use for the ROM,but it's FAST as it is on Gingerbread

-High Quality Videos
-Tethering is partially working,you can use apps like PdaNet or EasyTether to get it working!

quando vado su theme chooser ci sono 2 temi ics quale devo scegliere?
lo sblocco è rimasto quello della cyanogenmod non se ne può mettere uno di default stile ics?
la tastiera per scrivere i messaggi è troppo grande e se fosse assomigliante a quella di ics sarebbe meglio...
non trovo la app per registrare ma questa è una cosa trascurabile...
a un ultima cosa...sarebbe carino se cambieresti bootanimation...

hello cheez I tested your rom and I must say that it is smooth and also very pretty as aesthetics ... but there are a few things to say and some questions for you:
why did you leave is that launcherpro hololauncher?
when I go to theme chooser ics there are two issues which should I choose?
release has been one of the CyanogenMod one can not put a default style ics? the keyboard to write text messages is too large and if resembling that of ICS would be better ... I can not find the app to record but this is a minor thing ...
a last thing ... it would be nice if cmabieresti bootanimation ...

ITA: Ciao Salva,Grazie per aver provato la ROM i problemi riguardanti il launcher e il tema sono causati dall'update,purtroppo non ho il mio PC e quindi è un po difficile editare l'Updater Script,Il tema ICS metti quello con l'Androide ICS,lo sblocco lo puoi modificare nelle impostazioni della lockscreen della CM,la tastiera è un bug di CM sara fixato nella Nightly,l'app per registrare l'ho tolta,usa programmi di terze parti che sono molto meglio di quello di default,ci lavorero sulla bootanimation

KeyBoard is CM bug,the Themechooser 2 ICS themes and 2 Launchers problem is caused by the update nothing too big,I removed the record cus it sucks and 3rd part are better,I Will fix the bootanimation

Nightly Coming Saturday/Monday Night with experimental stuff,3.1.2 Update includes:
-New Bootanimation
-Battery Tweaks
-Probably a new Kernel (CM7-DEV one by Alan North)

Try this:
1.Flash CWM 6.x
2.Wipe data and cache
3.Install ROM
4.Reboot
5.Search theme chooser app and select Ice Cream Sandwich

It's very strange,have you tried re-downloading the ROM?I Don't think it's kernel problem because the kernel is the CM default one.

The ROM stucks at IDEOS logo or at Bootanimation?

Damn it's very strange,but it's not ROM issues,it's related by the ROM you had before,a guy fixed it by installing a Gingerbread ROM then flashing this ROM
