Hi,

I've just installed the app on my SGS2, started it, selected my Gmail account and all it says now is "Connecting...".... seems to be stuck :(

Any ideas? I've uninstalled the previous version (which I also got from xda, since I live outside the US and it's not available via the market).

Thank you for posting the app :) it looks great, from the screen shots at least :)

No dice here with GV. Running stock EVO 3D and tried the suggestions made so far (uninstall, data, wipe, install over standard GV, etc).

Anyone else get this awesome looking app to work on their EVO 3D? Google+ worked no problem...just shows that it needs to be updated in the Market but no biggie.

What worked for me to get Google Voice installed was, to first use Root Explorer to rename /system/app/com.google.android.apps.googlevoice.apk (added ".old" to the end), then run the installer for the themed GV.

Google+ installed and seems to work without a problem. And using Titanium Backup I did a Market Doctor and now it says there is an update. Even though its the same version. I know but wwas just screwing around.

I'm on Sprint, so not sure if the Google Voice had anything to do with my issues. But could not find the Google voice APK under /system/app folder. Nor could I install Google Voice from the Market and install this over it. "Application not installed". Even if I would go through the setup or not. And when uninstalling the market version and installing this one, got the force closed issue.

My Google Voice fix was to uninstall the Market version. Install this version, then use Titanium Backup to restore Data Only. Then boom works fine. Just throwing that out there for anyone who might be in the same shoes as me.

    Here is my version of a black Google+. All the other versions I saw where still missing some things or did not have the style I liked. I themed this to match my new Market apk.

    I believe I have everything inverted. If anyone sees something please let me know so I can get it fixed.

    Downloads are available at

    Extract the zip and install like normal. You will have to uninstall any stock version first.

    Come on dude... That's not a helpful post. Definitely not one that will win you many popularity votes.
    Did you also send a cheque or PayPal monies for services rendered? If you didn't, then you are owed nothing and should respect the fact that developers have lives too. I'm sure it will get fixed when a new build is available just like the recent update to ES file explorer. That had bugs that have now been squashed in the latest build. Look at the post above yours...

    You haven't even thanked the first post but you are demanding something for nothing.... That's just rude.
    I'm sure if you approached the thread and dev in the correct manner then you might get a more positive response.
