TWRP touch recovery

Team Win Recovery Project 2.x, or twrp2 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. It’s a fully touch driven user interface – no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.

This is untested but if all else fails you can install CWM recovery again using the rom manager app:)

How to flash:

1. Download the attached file
2. Place the file on your SD card
3. Flash the file through CWM recovery
4. Reboot recovery and enjoy TWRP!

It doesn't work. I tried with the recovery zip flash and with ADB.
Boot into HBOOT then Fastboot
From fastboot. Use command "fastboot erase cache"
From fastboot. Use command "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"

NOTHING !!

How nothing?
Wha do you mean?
Which error you got or did it stuck at "HTC-Screen"?

The 2 methods don't work.
There is maybe a problem with recovery.img.

When I tried to flash the .zip, the installation failled at the end. And it's the same when I flashed the recovery.img directly by fastboot.
