1.Make sure you're on the latest TWRP/CWM.

Does this build have the volume slider in the notification area? I'm running build 3 on my phone and that device doesn't have one.

BTW, this is just a first build. I'll need to get a few things worked out. I don't see much wrong with it though. I'll add the Kindle specific settings asap to adjust the touchscreen filter.

Did a brief run through with the rom and it's pretty slick. I tested the following and they all worked fine: Dice Player in HW decoder mode, Netflix, You Tube in HD mode, Google Now, Maps and the Stock Browser. I didn't try flash video in the browser, as I haven't installed my Flash player apk on this rom yet.

Overall, the rom seems pretty snappy and in the short time I played around with it, works pretty well. I came across one thing and maybe I just didn't have things set correctly. I have the KF set to force tablet UI and I couldn't find a toggle to dismiss the notifications, such as downloaded apps from Play Store. They just kinda' string out across the nav bar buttons.

I'll do more testing tomorrow, thanks for bringing back AOKP and of course, thanks to Lithium76. It's good that we have representation now from CM, AOKP and PA.

Love the rom, I was waiting for an updated aokp so I can use twc TV app cause it works on jandycane but it don't work on here

I'm glad the kindle is getting aokp jb love, cuz I really wasn't gonna do it. Lol just a heads up build 4 has a ton of new features for tablets and 7inchers while in tablet mode. Including reworked navring targets. The lockscreen targets are fully function minus a cosmetic issue with themes applied (white ring). If you have any questions or need help with anything pm me and ill help you along. I want every device running aokp to have a good experience I just can't maintain more than 3 devices its to much. But I will happily help you wherever you need it. Thanks for again for spreading our aokp love.

I actually planned on cherry-picking a few things tomorrow. I'll probably update everytime something awesome shows up on gerrit. I wanted to get lock-screen targets and the new boot animation added in. Thanks for the offer to help.
