Storage problems

I have a problem with storage on my N7000 running CM 10.2

If I go to the storage settings it tells my i have 2 gb of internal store, 11 something external and 16 of sd card.

My 'external' is full so I can't take pictures or instal more apps. My phone sees the internal memory as my sd card.

I cant change the location where my pictures are being placed.

How can I set things straight?

1) Xposed framework + Pictures2SD module
2) Try to clean up the internal storage (11gb)

But cant i put stuff on my sdcard? Move to sd card just puts them on my internal memory of 11 gb.. I installed the framework etc..

You want ...
1) Save pictures on the external SD card > xposed + pictures2sd module
2) install more apps ... Clean up your phone. Remove things you don't use.... House cleaning.
If your data partition (2gb) is already filled up, check /data/log folder if there aren't any hidden treasuries which can be deleted!
