same here....it doesn't boot after modifying the kernel bootclasspath.....:(

Probably i found a solution to resolve that issue.....will report after i succeed...:):)

Can't wait for it.... i am dreaming from now about how Sense would feel on my beloved g3 .... :) :)

What's your Base ROM? CyanogenMod 7.2? By the way for any help you can PM me. If I have time and knowledge I will help you definitely.. and the kernel sources for cm1.4 is not out yet i think so you can't mod :D :p


EDIT - TRY GETTING HELP FROM HERE - PORT FOR P500

I am in talks with Sameer the Sense porter for LGP500 & I am also porting Sense from that one.....

I am porting this from LG P-500 port .....which is a HTC Hero Port.....

And I Think Ajay & I are going to be team members for this Project Hopefully....

Once Again G'day to everyone :)

Done with my first build but it gives a i5800 loop. You can try this one and see

after testing build 1, go to download mode and flash any other ROM

DOWNLOAD HERE (NOTE: This ROM is not booting yet and is meant for testers and dev only. Maybe any HaRdCoRE DEV can help me in this..)

INSTRUCTIONS
*Download ROM and flash iit via CWM
*Wipe Data

The Rom is ready like ajay's one...and final touches to kernel are left.....

But i am away from my PC as i am out of station right now & accessing my account through my friends.....

So i am unable to finalize the port.....

I probably Found the solution i think for booting it up

    hello guys, here im struggling hard to port sense 4.0 for our galaxy 3.

    if there are any ways in which you can help me, please pm me...

    first test build release would be based on sense 2.1 because ics is already lagging.

    if i get sense 2.1 fully working, then ill focus on 4.0 after ics gets to beta.

    PROGRESS:

    54.3%

    FIRST BUILD RELEASED ON SECOND POST::::::: NOW THIS NEED TO BE MOVED TO THE DEV SECTION
