The Final build is 1.3 some minor changes will be made, but development for features such as but not limited to
1. WiFi
2. Bluetooth
3. FM Radio
4. MMS
Has stopped, due to libs.

Most images ported from D3.
Boot animation from photon.
gTalk should be fixed!
All media added from Droid3 as well.

Visual Voice Mail from vzw removed
Camera/Camcorder removed from all public builds as they do not work.
Bluetooth reboot issue fixed.
Zip-aligned (original builds were not to my knowledge)

WiFi/MMS/Cameras is not working in this port.

Things to NOT do:
Do not setcpu over 1156mhz
Do not goto settings -> about phone -> Sytem Updates "This will b0rk it!"
Do not apply droid X themes, THEY WILL HARDCORE B0RK!!

***To get your sdcard to show up on your pc, download "Automount sd card" from the market, remember to disable usb debugging.
You'll also need to reboot after you're done with you sdcard.
This is temporary.

I found the og thread on accident, I had been waiting a year, for someone to attempt it, and finding the og thread, I freaked my pants off.

At the time, there weren't any 2.3.3 kernels, so i'm sure that with some mods, etc, we can get this all working!

note: yes I am looking for testers, yes, I will be attempting to update asap.

AND NO I WILL NOT DITCH THIS.

and if you're going to flame about how bad motoblur is go jump back on the sense train, thank you.

Honestly, due to the nature of the port, it doesn't look like the cameras or wifi is going to work anytime soon.
I believe it's beyond my knowledge, and if someone would like to assist me that'd be great.

Stupid question but is it mms both ways or can rec. not send. If someone send me a pic msg but I can rec, what happens exactly? Thx

yes push the below apk via adb :D

the newest build will be released shortly.
No wifi and cams do not work yet, but getting closer, I got the camera to come up but then it does nothing. not even a FC

"mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system"

"adb push Talk.apk /system/app/"

should do it without the "'s

    The surprise is that i'm attempting to port the photon roms over ;]
    I just purchased a Photon!

    So now i'm on this. I figure since we can't change some features, might as well do this.

    Have you fixed the MMS issue? You didn't mention it above. If you haven't I'll take a look at it and see what I can do. Not to familiar with it, but I did have a APN issue (MMS related) back when I had the HTC Touch Pro (WinMo) and managed to fix it back then, but if you already have it fixed, I could focus on other things I want to change up.h

    Test an Mms message does it work? If it doesn't Ill send over an updated.zip for proper apn and the proper framework fix for mms.
