Both are cm7. Bottom is a newer quadrant version.

MIUI has broken wifi with new kernels, I will attempt to fix this when I get home.

Did this kill anyone elses 4g?

I'm gonna try a different kernel to see if it fixes it.
Ill report back.

(Although I did just flash the newest radio)

........LOL, + I fixed my 4G by installing Nyan (Atarashii) ;) .............the service provider must be doing more of the season's service enhancements!..............4G must've been restored as I counted: 3 - 2 - 1 - *confetti!!*

For the life of me I can't get wifi tethering to work on this kernel...
Haven't tried others.

Computer conects sometimes but no data gets sent. What settings should I use in wifi tether?

Computer asks me for a password sometimes but I didn't set one up. Also log says ad hoc not enabled in the issues section.

What ROM is that? CM7 has tether built into settings.

It is cm7 . It looks like wifi and 4g are trying to turn on at the same time and both are failing

not sure if it's just me but using this kernel, when I play a video using hw codec, cpuspy says it's running at 1300 mhz. I set maximum cpu speed at 1000mhz and 1300mhz only happens during video playback.

    This is Nyan Colonel v4.1 ported to Cyanogenmod 7.

    I am not responsible to ANYTHING that happens to you or your phone as a result of using this kernel. Most things in this are experimental to a point but have been tested and confirmed safe.

    Some of these features have NEVER been used before on the Epic, so don't expect everything that you are used to. Things can and will be different than usual.

    • Optimized compiler flags by netarchy and Ezekeel
    • Live OC (on the fly bus overclock) by Ezekeel (Use NSTools app, not voltage control)
