As said in other posts, to GSM Work and SIM work you need to:
Go to Settings
Go to Security
Go to the Option in SIM CARD LOCK
Select the first option and enter the pin
Then it will work, and no need to enter the pin again.
BTW, i set all the configs correctly for my router, it connects but it doenst give internet...

Me too, I get no service, no GSM, no data...like my SIM isn't recognized.
Im able to send and receive sms messages and make and receive calls, but i cant use any form of internet

Please read the first post again (before asking). It's not working on stock kernel.
Root working, just launch superuser -> preferences ->automatic response -> allow if you don't want to allow all the time. I tried it on root explorer.

Can I use this ROM with stock kernel?
No, you have to use the latest nAa Kernel to use this ROM, be sure to read the first post next time before asking questions, if this ROM was compatible with the stock kernel, it would be stated

Before posting an issue wipe (factory reset) via CWM at least once.
Requirements:
• Latest 2.1.1.A.0.6/2.1.1.C.0.0 SE firmware / Baseband: M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015
• Unlocked bootloader
• Latest version of the ICS nAa kernel
Features:
• based on latest miniCM9
• based on 2.4.27
Instructions:
• Download the update-MIUI-xxx.zip from the release link that follows
• Backup your /data contents: contacts, apps, sms, etc. or backup via recovery
• Move the update-MIUI-xxx.zip to the root folder of your sdcard.
• Make sure you are using the nAa-ics kernel
• Enter CWM and:
- Select 'backup and restore -> Backup'
- Select 'wipe data/factory reset' (MUST DO)
- Flash the zip. To do this, Select 'install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard' and select the update-MIUI-xxx.zip
- There's no need to flashing gapps!
• Reboot (first boot will take ~2 mins)
