The Rom entitled MiniCM9 is ported from the sony xperia X10 mini which i believe is faster and has a few more settings.

I made this because i wanted an up-to-date version of CM 9 which doesnt have loads of apps slowing it down, so this is CM 9.1 with many apps removed which are not important and which you won't miss. This is based on a device with the same screen density (LDPI) so there is no size issues as everything is LDPI. This rom does not include gapps, so flash them after you have installed the rom.

I just installed it too. I'm very much impressed so far. But please check automatic brightness. It's not available under display settings.

Thanks for testing guys, in terms of speed, is this faster than other ics roms?
And I just noticed that automatic brightness is missing, not sure why though :D

Running pretty nice and smooth so far.one thing I've noticed,quickpic doesn't seem to work being system app.AFAIK it needs some lib to work as a system app.

Cannot install with clockworkmod 2.5. That's a shame, I do no want to update it.. :(
Anyway, I would like to have fixed (proper size) the lockscreen in Erwins CM9, do you know whether it can be done by replacing some files? Do you know which files to replace?

Just replace my meta-inf folder with one from a rom that installs;)

Just a thought but wouldn't it be much better to combine your efforts and instead of creating a new ROM providing your updates to Erwin's version?

    finally got a stable internet connection until mid-February.
    Will update this with speed tweaks, a few jelly bean visual tweaks from android 4.2.
    Will include a working camcorder app as system app to record videos.
    will rebase on latest cm9 by erwinp.
    can't garuntee fixing of haptic feedback sorry, but ill try.
    I'm sorry for the wait guys but my internet connection is really dodgy.
    Any feedback and recommendations is welcome before I make the new version:)
