[Script] ZenUI Debloater V1 [8/8]

ZenUI Debloater

We all know that AsusZenUI comes with a lot of "bloatwares", so i made this script to remove some of them or maybe all of them

the script comes with 4 types:

Please Backup before flashing the script, because i wont provide any removed app

Flash it from recovery and everything will be fine

And Remember that you cant apply OTA if you used this script

would not harm 550 i guess, as long as it was used on zen ui, the script will only remove detected applications..if it does not found the apps name, i think it would ignore it..

Hello

Than you to help us in this bloater war !

I have an error when tried to flash in recovery essential and normal (no tried others):

Footer is wrong
signature verification failed

How to remove that without usinf modifie d recovery ?

Zenui Debloater essential

This thing is awesome, frees up the system of apps I didn't even know I had and also got rid of the zen pc suite automount drive.

Happy to see that you expanded on these. :highfive:

The only tool that I have posted is just to remove the data if they updated before moving over to the ROM.

Now people can keep a "stock" ROM and still get the benefit of all the junk removed for them.

Great to see work being put together for good use! :good:

Unfortunately you have to use Custom Recovery to flash it

I've just installed the essential debloater, worked like a charm, THANKS for this. After all, I unrooted my phone. Could you please confirm I can be sure receiving OTA updates?

Hi buddy

unfortunately after removing system apps you can't apply ota, because ota updater script check apps then update some of them or copy new apps or files
