Ohh well that sucks...pretty sure it'll be fixed in next release..I don't use tethering anyways...

i think USB driver not related to USB tethering, its for USB mass storage...
On cm7 use lasted Fkernel also cant use USB tethering.

Stock cm7 kernel have USB tethering, but if you compile it from sources it doesn't work

Definetly. This is the best kernel, i used ta 1 2 and franco 4. I can say this one discharges 1% in 4-5 hours in stand-by (tested on SlimGen ROM). Almost like oxygen.

* Adding Touchfix thanks to Paolom70, from version v6
* Battery Driver Tweak Ta-Kernel, thanks to thachtunganh
* Coversion Conservative Governor in LionHeart, thanks to Knzo
