Install
1. Make sure you're on the latest TWRP
2. Make a backup
3. Do a full wipe -- Cache, Dalvik Cache, Factory Reset, System --
4. Flash Rom
5. Flash Gapps
6. Reboot
7. Let phone sit for 10mins
8. Reboot

I didn't realize there was a special gapps so I'm downloading that now.
Now we just need a PA boot animation. Looks like toyes inserted the supernexus boot animation

That's pa's bootani for hdpi devices. He could activate xhdpi but it really doesn't matter much.
