You can make something with open gl 3d divers. Remake them or do better.
Screen on and off animation like cyanogen mod(maybe on Gingerbread)
Battery Mod(maybe yes maybe no, because when i asked lestat to try this he said this gave some unknown battery values) will try again

Procedure:-

1-Flash JPM(stock)Then Beta4
2-Download the rar files from above.
3-Extract the zip file
4-Download the Tools to flash>>>http://goo.gl/jXyEo (if you dont have it)
5-Fire Up odin
6-Select the .ops file
7-Select One Package option in ODIN
8-Then Slect the .tar file in one package option
9-Connect your phone in downlaod mode
10-Start the flashing Process
11-You will get to recovery screen, do Factory reset,Clean Cache.
12-Wait for phone to bootup (until you see the homescreen)
13-Done

For beta 4 zero mb bug>Download this file and after flashing,run the fix.bat file.

***FIRST BOOT MIGHT TAKE A LONG TIME**DONT PANIC (not more than 13min)***

Indroi v3.0 was awesome except for very low phone memory to install apps on phone..hope it won't be same with this rom.....

Has anyone got into the problem of internal memory full even with the data2sd.. because this may be a bug which can b considered looking into ?

as in internal mem is full but data2sd partition has space.. but the phone wont let you install

I m having d same prob .. But I figured it out .. possibly ur ext4 partition isn't created .. That was mine too ..

Share ur /mnt/asec/data2sd/log.txt here ..

No File in there.. so it seems it created the partition but i did not format it properly? though i am able to copy appz manually using root explorer and then run them from /data/app folder

sud i try reformating again ?

no, it means u dint intalled data2sd script properly..!!
