it can be very helpful for debugging kernel problems such as freezes (but write BIG message that this is debug kernel, because such service in everyday usage can kill internal nand )

I tried all you kernel since v01 (01a-02 and now 03) and so far absolutely no issue at all. Really stable on my sense ROM even at 1890 MHz with smartassv2

I have a request (i know I shouldn't) so it is more a suggestion :
Could you add a special kernel optimised on baterry life ??!

Since this phone is already powerfull fast and smooth I think a kernel with battery life enhancer feature would be really helpfull

I know we could use lower frequency to save battery but I mean a kernel with lower voltage at each frequence with battery life tweaks deepsleep optimiser and more...

It is just a suggestion I don't want to spam (btw sorry for bad english)

About your kernel:

Could you implement lagfree governor please
(brasilian wax, scary, etc too if you can )

I know it is lot of work so take your time mate we have already a really good kernel and that's awesome in only 3 updates

well smartass series governors are ment for exactly that...

regarding other governors, most of them are optimized for single core devices... since this device has dual cores and that too in asynchronous mode (aSMP) most of those governors wont function correctly... the governors i have added are from tested/proven sources of pyramid kernel by LeeDroid-, Faux123 & showp1984

and also i have trouble with battery - its quickly discharged with v3 core, not only me, also 2 peoples from 4pda forum, i just lost 3% for only 5 minutes browzing in my phone settings (not in games).

can u please try if u face similar issues even when using Interactive governor?

sorry guys about this crashing/unstable kernel... honestly even i am really disappointed with this... usually for my kernels (x10, ARC, PLAY) i always add one patch then release the kernel for public testing... if we find that stability/performance is not affected then i keep that patch and move on to next... but this time i jumped the gun

dont worry all this will be fixed i only need ur co-operation in helping out with bug-hunting and testing...

first batch of test kernels will be released in few hours...

I have v03 kernel and never bug!
I try it with the stock FW and with SSpeed ROM.
In both case no problem!I set smartassV2

Try to update apps when on the charger. Make it work hard.

Had interactive running for last hour V3. Have had apps force closing all over the place (Xda ,Twitter) using wifi, after they each forced close a few times tried N64oid and had full crash only had the LED flashing purple/blue and had to hard reset.

@doom What settings do you want testing next ?

Do a backup from recovery and install SSpeed ROM. And try if you have same problem with this ROM.

Crashed again, twice in quick succession. 1st after playing angry birds for 10 minutes or so 2nd after a few seconds after it had booted back up. Had been using the phone prior to playing angry birds for a good 30min. so it's obviously caused by the process intensive game...

Anyway, attached the last_kmsg again, this one has errors and panic things.

i know, i'm overclocker with exp

but this happens also with stock freqs. and one more interesting thing - today with no freezes, on stock governor and io scheduler and with OC (freezes was with interactive/noop). will test one more day, to be sure. did you saw my last_kmsg few pages ago?
p.s. freezes i mean - forever sleep mode

apps FCing is weird.... i am using interactive from the day i have started work on kernel and the only FC i have, rarely, is when i try to read a p.m. in XDA app...

on v2 i was using interactive/noop and it would need to be reset at least 5 times each day!

on v01a using interactive/noop not one problem today!!

Each app i tried and closed about 6 times in a row all the same, also i forgot to say i had a e-mail when started N64oid so could be something to do with the WIFI.

Been using performance since and it works really well no force closing or lag, its actually performing better then stock. all my tests are being done fair with no over-clock at all just stock values, using no-frills

My phone rebooted when trying to read a p.m. in Tapatalk... Weird coincidence.
Using ondemand -100undervolted and underclocked to 1ghz with stock .73
