I'm using Xperia Tipo, I have unlock bootloader: YES (haven't done the "IMEI thing" though) and the phone is rooted

I have download drivers, I have installed them, I don't know what else to do, I just want to flash a new kernel in order to do some overclock to my phone

what can I do?

Don't connect in flash mode if you want to flash kernel. Connect in fastboot mode (hold volume up button)
Hit the you-know-what button if i helped ;)

Hi all, thank you for the answers

I'm sorry for posting the topic in the wrong section

the problem is that I press volume up (as to enter fastboot mode) and I select fastboot mode on the "thunder" icon, but the problem is that the phone only connects in flash mode, there is no way I can connect to fastboot, I press volume up, connect the USB and get the blue LED, but the tool says "flash mode" as seen above

Is your bootloader unlocked?

I have bootloader unlocked: YES, this was like this out of the box, I have done nothing with the IMEI and unlock BL, when I try to unlock it with flashtool I get "02/036/2014 19:36:49 - INFO - Your phone bootloader cannot be officially unlocked" I don't know how to unlock it then, I have also tried with SE Bootloader but when enterin my IMEI I don't get an unlock code and the tool freezes

So in the service menu you have Bootloader Unlock allowed: yes?

That's strange. Unlocking the boot loader should work. Are you absolutely sure it can be unlocked?

Indeed, the service menu says "Bootloader Unlock Allowed: YES", I don't know what can it be, I have installed many drivers, different versions of flashtool, tried different programs, I have obtained the "IMEI related" number that SONY sent me, but even so, I just can't seem to unlock my bootloader, I'm root, I'm just trying to overclock the CPU but I can't since I can't get my phone to enter fastboot mode because I can't unlock the bootloader
