GCam for OnePlus 7

I am using Arnova's Advanced 1.5 based on 6.1 with the config file from Xiaomi Mi9 (Marian---XLib2.2s---P3XL---Test2.xml) because we share the same main sensor. I did not have time to test it properly for quality but the functionality is fine. If you want an older one you could try Tolyan's latest version based on 5.3 but you need to config it manually.

Gcam Portrait shot issue

I have downloaded the apk as well as XML. I can see all is working fine except for one issue.
That is while clicking portrait shots on gcam it's taking a lot of time like (5-10 seconds/shot) Is there any settings we can reduce that time so It should be clicked instantly as the stock one plus camera app click portrait shots instantly.
Also, I noticed when clicking portrait shots on gcam it saves two photos every time one with normal and the other with portrait. Is that what caused the delay?
Kindly please help on this.

The OnePlus 6 now the 7 is the closest I have come to the 5x.Thank's i tested on my new deviceI leave N5x for One plus 7 great change

I have tried it myself and it's working pretty good after a few settings changes
- Enable Advanced mode in About
- In HDR+ settings:
- Pixel AWB Mod: IMX586
- Exposure compesation: +0.2
- In HDR+ Control:
- Sabre: Off
- Non-ZSL Frame Count: 30
- In Saturation adjustment:
- Enable saturation
- AWBGains Mod: On

I factory reset my OP7 thinking it was a 'dirty flash' problem... This actually solved the issue, thanks a lot! =)3

There's a new version from the 13/08 but I haven't tried yet.
About the setting, I haven't changed much just this:
HDR+ setting:
- HDR+ control: On
- AWBGains Mod: On
- HDR+ Quality: Very High
- Recompute AWB: On
Photo:
Advance Config
- "Motion" function: On
- Focus Tracking: On
General:
- Disable Google Photos: On
- Google Lens: On
*To see all these options you need to enable advance mode in the "About" menu
- Pixel AWB Mod: Pixel 3
In order to take a picture with motion I set both the HDR+ and the motion control in "enable" (do not use HDR+ enhanced or automatic motion).
I just did 10 shots using these settings and all of them had a working "motion".
