If you swap secondary with primary roms, does it only swap the boot order or does it swap all the files? I'm asking because i want to use one of my secondary roms as primary and i want to delete the one that's primary at this moment.

I swapped cm11 and 150+ apps with sokp and 100+ apps and deleted cm after i confirmed the swap had worked, so i guess you could call that a lot of apps. Anyway, it felt fast to me.

If i had two aosp roms...with shared kernel...when i will update the primary roms kernel the secondary will also get updated???
