Try flashing latest stock firmware.
dont ask me how to ✬✬ just google it ,
if it doesnt help then there might be hardware fault , go to service center for further assistance.

Sky a800s solution for restarting problem.

Sky a800s has a fault it gets a little hot then it will start restarting again and again.
here is a solution for restarting problem for android version 4.1.2 might work on others.
Go to > Settings > apps > All and disable these applications.
Disabling these apps will not harm your system.

I have the same problem. I charged it up after it's done doing that. Well what do you know, It did it again. I can't even go to the setting, not even the lock screen because it restarts after 4 secs. Help please.
