Won't boot into recovery after flashing rom. Video included

I was running CM 10.1 before flashing MIUI V5 using Rom Manager. Now I'm unable to boot into recovery or even restore to one of my backups. I tried pressing the volume up power and home button but that doesn't work. I've also tried using rom manager to boot into recovery but that doesn't work. I even reinstalled clockworkmod. I recorded a video of what's going on so you can better understand.

The button combo won't work either? Have you tried re-installing CWM?

I tried the button combo, reinstalling see CWM, restoring to a backup and using Odin. Nothing works

Try this: download the tar version of Philz, open Odin, uncheck auto reboot, flash Philz, when you see Reset in the status windows, disconnect the USB cable, pull the battery, replace the battery, boot into recovery mode using button combo.
