Thanks!

Let your phone settle for couple days, it should be better.

I'm getting more and more desperate, actually i've tried these combinations (xperia neo v)

Stock firmware 4.0.2.A.42 rooted, with:

* .283 kernel .42 baseband
* .283 kernel .283 baseband
* .283 kernel .64 baseband

Stock firmware 4.0.2.A.283, with:

* .283 kernel 283 baseband (ouviously)

Stock firmware 4.0.2.A.64 with:

* .283 kernel .64 baseband

None of these combinations worked for me..., i've switched the battery with my brother who has the same terminal (he doesn't have any problem at all, at 4.0.2.A.64 stock), and his battery in my terminal has drained like mad, however my battery in his doesn´t drained too much. I've tried a different charger... :mad:

Any solution? Thanks in advance, and sorry for my english!

Let it settle for couple days, after 3 or 4 charging and discharging it will be fine.

What rom do you use? And dont bloat your phone with any battery tweaks. :)

And give me a screenshot about your battery usage.

Battery remaining 22%

These are my stats, i've just back to 4.0.2.a.42, root and calibrated the battery with BatteryCalibrator. It seems it's during a few more. At leats the graph is better than before :)

edit: I've tested for about 24h and after calibration, none of these stats have changed. I will test 4.0.2.a.42 and 283 kernel more thoroughly.

I mean, charge and discharge for three or four times then see how it works.
BatteryCalibrator not even do anything to your battery.

Hello aimcr7 I let it settle like you said but wasn't working so I used the same calibration app again it made it somewhat better but still some drain while browsing only.

I selfquote :).

I've been testing for 4 days but none of these solutions have solved my problem, i think i'll send it for technical support (it's still under warranty)...

If anyone have any suggestion before i send it, i would appreciate it so much...

Try turn off your bluetooth, wifi, and gps if you dont use it, and check your applications, maybe some apps eat your battery so much.

Or reflash your phone (dont restore your apps), then check wether it still drain or not. :)

I've done what you said before, no wifi nor bluetooth. I've make all the tests with all wiped and just flashed, and no results, 30% in about 8 hours, and battery is full drained in about 20h :(:(:(

    When I bought my NEO it has .283 firmware and battery seems very good, but when updated to .42 firmware my battery seems drain faster even on deepsleep. I left it one night and when I saw it on the morning, battery drained about 15% in 8 hours. Its really annoying, even my old X10 can get better battery life on deepsleep with stock kernel.

    And finaly I solved it, here is what I've done.
    Just flash .283 kernel above .42 kernel, use flashtool to flash it.
    you can use 4.0.1.A.0.283 ftf file, and flash it via flashtool.
    Or simply flash provided ftf below. :)

    You dont need an unlocked bootloader phone to flash stock kernel

    just share, I've flashed baseband from .62 firmware and works great, you can try it if you want.

    If you need something just ask me here. Thanks.

    Cheers, Aim. ;)

    Happy flashing.
    Use it with your own risk. :)

    Believe it or not
    my neo v lasted on 1% charge for 8 hours !!
    UC 652Mhz-244mhz
    Thats my times profile :)
    Under clock your CPU when not in use :)
    Helps:)
