I would say back top end of the phone.
It will probably still have bump for aerials on the bottom like all previous.
Doubt that it's the back top end as there is no rear camera visible.

The new HTC one X looks very impressive indeed although a glaring omission is no micro sd card facility i sincerely hope the Galaxy S3 doesn't make the same mistake
Samsung Galaxy I9300, which might be the S3 but its dominating the GLBenchmark at second place beating iPad 2 but losing to the iPad 3 (Obviously).
It uses the old Mali 400MP GPU.
