i just flashed system than boot but hung on samsung after t-mobile boot up screen. what do i do next? thanx. and if i want to go back to at&t what would be the process for that? thank you for any help you can provide.

Dont know what u did wrong..just did this today n workes flawlessy...wifi calling n everything...links(post1) and installation steps(post2) very simple

Yea..after u install the system img n boot img with odin...put the radio in SD card n flash it in recovery...that simple

Don't mean to bring back an old thread but I'm kinda new to the note and came from the og epic 4g which wasn't intertwinable which other devices. Ive use jtag. Before and don't want to go through again that if I can. So can I flash a t-mobile Rom over my att Rom through twrp or odin a Tmobile Rom without these steps or is this process need for a complete t-mobile Rom on a i717 ti function correctly? Thanks in advance

Is there a system.IMG and boot.img of the AT&T i717 that could be used on Odin for the T879?? I am trying to get i717 rom s on my t mobile galaxy note

No..i havent had any luck...since ive been ob it..its advised me of 2 updates..one was anout 130mb n the recent one was about 20mb...says reseting and reboots into recovery..when i reboot back into system..says failed....lol

AT&T Note i717 running on T-Mobile Network smoothly

I have an AT&T Note i717 and it is running on T-Mobile Network smoothly

here is what I did

download

[ROM] [UVLG3] KnightmareFrame V1 from http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1877806
gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip from http://goo.im/gapps/
Download the UVLG3 Modem from OP https://www.dropbox.com/s/0c1eg83goq...demfori717.zip


make sure you have the latest TWRP recovery
place all three files in the root of your sd card
1.boot into recovery
2. Factory Data reset
3. Wipe Dalvik
4. install KnightmareFrame V1 rom
5. flash gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip
6. flash UVLG3 Modem
7. reboot phone
wait for at least 10 min before continuing with setup!
8. enjoy :highfive:
