He is running aokp or a rom that uses the aokp feature. They let you enable the navigation bar and add apps to it.

Clock is One More Clock Widget. I use one of the templates that comes with the app and just tweaked the colors on my own.

Latest setup. Pretty similar to previous iterations just with a different color scheme and different style Clock Widget. Still using Nova Launcher with Circle Launcher and One More Clock Widget on main screen.
Do do I. Do you mind telling me what is the widget you're using called? The one with the game score on it.

What app is that bottom bar with the Explorer icon on it? Or is it just a dock?

Ok thanks. I thought the bottom row might have been running apps since messaging was in both bottom rows. That would have been pretty cool. Still that's a nice feature in aopk.

- Nova Launcher with the Metro Inspired Icon Pack
