Yes, Motorola made available official builds HRI66 for MZ600 (Verizon) and HWI69 for MZ604 at: http://developer.motorola.com/products/software/

[Guide] Honeycomb 3.1 for the wify xoom without usb cable or OTA update wait

I managed to install 3.1 without a USB host cable. I used clockwork recovery and a modified update package (some things removed like recovery and bootloader updates, but it basically boots you into 3.1).

Download the update.zip from ge.tt/3dO4kaH?c and the recovery_3_0_2_8.img from ge.tt/3dxCkaK?c

Procedure (from stock images)

adb reboot bootloader
fastboot oem unlock

follow procedure on the screen, the device is WIPED and reboots. enable usb debugging again after that.

fastboot flash recovery recovery_3_0_2_8.img
fastboot reboot

adb push update.zip /sdcard/update.zip
adb reboot recovery

apply update from sdcard...

enjoy 3.1!

All the flashing went or when it rebooted it even said the bootloader updated successfully but at the 2nd reboot it stays stuck at the dual core screen
