[Q] WiFi Tether Shortcut? CM 10.2

This is my first post on XDA!

I installed CM 10.2 yesterday on my DNA and the built in tethering app is working great.. but its buried in the menus. I would really like to have it available on the pull down screen or quick menu. Is this available stock or would I need an apk customization?

Or is this available in ViperDNA or CM 11 ?

Pretty sure it's on stock. Not sure bout the others.
