My link work well for me but there are some cases when the webpage doesn't work:
1. Your firewall or anti-malware is blocking the website
-- Some free free hosting have a bad reputation the solution is to insert the link in the firewall list exception
2. You are using a proxy
-- Proxy is not allowed
3. You are using Tor browser or Tor connection
-- Tor is not allowed
4. You've already taken a promotional code
-- You can take only one promotional code

FAQ
Is it possible to change icon packs on TouchWiz (stock Samsung launcher)?
To apply the icon pack on TouchWiz you must have a rooted device and you must install Galaxy Icon Theme from the Play Store.
After have installed this app you must open it and choose the icon pack 'Cyclope' and reboot your device.
Enjoy!
Is possibile use this icon pack on TouchWiz with a no-rooted device?
If you don't have a root the only way is to install another launcher that can change icon
If you like TouchWiz you can use this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.so.launcher is very similar and if isn't you can customize it on the SO Launcher settings and it will be equal
After that you can apply the icon pack on cyclope app!
