[Q] Wirelss charger and usb otg

I have an odd issue whereby I cannot charge my phone with my wireless charger if data is being written to my usb otg

, charging worked fine after I took out the usb otg. Any solutions? Thanks

Read somewhere on here before that someone else had the same problem with a mhl adapter. Don't think you can use anything in the port while charging wirelessly.

To my knowledge it can not be done. I know that with cyanogenmod and wired charging with a y otg cable work but not with stock rom.

will it work on custom roms other than cyanogenmod?

Confirmed. I have a Meenova. When it's plugged into USB in usb-otg mode, my Qi charger won't work. Running Slimrom currently. Does it on both my Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 2013.
