This is an early and unofficial build of CyanogenMod 10.1 built from CM source code (so CM apps are included)

What doesn't work

  • Wi-fi for some people
    Say me :)

whats the difference between this one and DerTeufel1980's version?

DerTeufel has 2 versions, one built from AOSP (so this is not CM) and another (HellyBean) built from CM sources where he added his tweaks, patchs and others misc improves (please correct me if I'm wrong :))

My version is built from CyanogenMod sources but I didn't change anything (just few fixes for build and some cherry-picks). I can't say what is better ;)

Hi,
Did you install with a full wipe ? What is your baseband ? Did you try to reboot or reinstall zip ?
Wifi works pretty good for me ;)

Hi guys,
It works for the SGS variants? like GT-I9000B?
Which kernel it uses, the same of CM10?

Yup, the kernel is stock CM10 (or CM10.1 as you want ;)), all system is built from CM sources ;)
And no, it works only for i9000, I didn't try to build for others variants.

That's strange, I do the same things (with the same baseband) and I have no Wi-fi issue...
Some guys have also wifi issues in AOSP 4.2 by pawitp, I don't know if it's related... :(
I'll search to find a fix ;)

Just to clarify, I'm going to allow this as long as

    1) It's completely unmodified CyanogenMod
    2) There is currently no other more official CM build to confuse this with.

has the development of this rom been stopped.... u are doing an amazing work...

This ROM is simply a build of the current state of the CyanogenMod source. The CyanogenMod core is being developed everyday by many people on the CM team and also various contributors. The device-part for galaxysmtd has been practically almost finished since day one (thanks to all the previous work done in making the device build in an AOSP environment from CM7, CM9 and CM10), with only Wi-Fi issues left which I'm trying to fix. After that is taken care of, I will start providing CM10.1 builds, fix the various cosmetic issues left and try and get it into the nightlies.

Of course, until I start providing my builds, Matt is free to post any future builds should he compile them.

Finally, a last build has been uploaded (2012/12/05)
I'll not upload any other, I've just deleted my source folder.

    Changelog:
    - Wi-fi may works (better) (thank's to pawitp)
    - improve layout on Launcher (Trebuchet)

You can see what has been merged here : http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/q/status:merged+branch:mr1-staging,n,z

One more time, all credits go to pawitp for his nice work, I am just building his work. So if your phone works better with this release, you should thank's him, not me.

As always, downloads on : http://orafle.fr/downloads/

Thank you very much, but all what I do is syncing sources and build it. I'm not able to fix various bugs as wi-fi ou other hardware issues, I'm a noob as a lot of people! :silly:
I was not really developing this ROM, just building it. ;)

    Yea, you're totally right.
    I don't know if I'll purpose an other build, I don't think (my i7 doesn't like me !)

Anyway you'll find it (and surely in better) in official nightlies ;)
