Hi all, my questions is, what kind of screen has Xperia z1 Compact, is TFT oy ISP? ,since in several forums say it is IPS but in Sony site says that it is TFT. :-/

Ips is a type of TFT LCD. All but the most cheap lcd mobile screens should be Ips. The cheapest ones will probably be TN.
