Have at it folks.

You might be able to just flash this over the leaked ota, but I advise doing a full wipe before flashing just to be safe.

I'm still kind of a noob with all this.

Is this ROM just the OTA but with root and nothing else changed?

I can flash it and it'll be like I did the OTA but maintain my root privileges?

**also, are there any radios or things that need to be flashed after this?

you are correct as for the first part of your question. as for the radios and wimax. Netarchy said there is no changes from the old OTA that leaked out a few days ago so if you already did those then you do not need to flash any radio or Wimax after flashing this ROM.
