[Q] LG G2 warming issue

hi all guys,

first post at xda .

pls help me ... its urgent ..m from india
i bought my D802 from malaysia yesterday... updated to kitkat here..
now when i charge my g2 .. it gets really hot on upper half of the g2..
its charger is also different .. i tried using samsung charger. does it affects????

pls let me know the solution .. i have only a day left to return this , as my friend has a flight day after tomorrow.

pls suggest.

Could be caused by different charger, try the original one.

And like LenAsh mentioned - questions do not belong here.

no its normal use 1.8 A charger its no problem dont use more than 2A rating charger

I haven't seen cases of this. Mine does just fine. Could it be a case?

Thanku guys,

Got it cleared..

Conclusion : it was due to differnce in rating of the charger. Had to get a new adapter for the lg charger but now its charging fine, no heating whats so ever...

And sorry for posting in wrong thread , was worried and in panic posted it ..
