Some more observations

Yesterday when changing baseband I had a little accident (/data partition entirely gone) so I had to start from scratch.

1. flashed full .62 rom (generic) using Wotan client then Debrand kernel+firmware
-Semc camera "unknown error", 3rd party work fine, no flashlight

2. flashed .36 baseband WITHOUT .36 libs
-Semc camera "unknown error", 3rd party work fine, no flashlight

3. flashed .64 baseband WITHOUT .64 libs
-Semc camera "unknown error", 3rd party work fine, no flashlight

4. flashed .64 baseband libs
-Semc camera "unknown error", 3rd party work fine, no flashlight

5. flashed Debrand stock libs
-Semc camera works fine with flash, 3rd party work fine, flashlight works

I don't see any explanation other than ril libs write some settings to flash that are used by baseband.
Anyway Semc camera still works :)

So the rom can be used daily ? It's stable enough ? I flashed Debrand libs and have "unknown error" ?

I use it as daily rom.
As for camera this worked for me:
-flash .64 libs, boot system
-flash debrand libs and boot and check Semc camera

One minor problem- it seems that there is a slight power drain. CurrentWidget reports 20-40 mA of current when device is supposed to be in deep sleep (~5-8 mA). I guess some wake locks are active

Unfortunately dmesg doesn't report exact date/time but for sure wifi was disabled in system before and after 20:57.

The Cm9 based Semc Debrand Engine is delayed , i trayed official ICS on ARC S and !!!!

Sony not even updated all app yet, my Xperia S 2.3.7 Fereware is 100 time better , this one is not compleated semc a non finished rom that was released i dont know why sony have done that and that can explain the delay of xperia Arc ICS and Xperia S ICS , they need more time to finish everithink so when we have a new version of ICS for Arc and Arc S then CM9 SDE will be released

I am sure I am not alone when we would all love you to continue work on this rom - pretty please. This rom is the best of ALL if it had a few things fixed - such as camera, HDMI

I came back from ICS. My baseband is 70. Camera was not working when i flashed this ROM, but started working after a reboot! :O Thanks for this awesome ROM! However I'm getting random FC for Protected media scanner and SIM contacts! :(

this is the best and fastest rom i v used on my arc s..but i m facing a little problem...the brightness issue..i make full brighness but when turn off te screen by locking it..after that when i unlocK SCEEN the brighness is low..it happens every time..what should i do..plz

Hi,
I am using this ROM, the latest verison uploaded, for the past two days. Initially it was very slow..the screens does'nt move faster and very sluggish.. then I've notice the CPU was set at 245Mhz which I changed to 1.5 and its fine now.
But I get message for Force close for SIM contacts process and some media process..how to get rid of this?
I used V6 supercharger..Rom is really nice but the two Force closes are irritating me.

    INSTALLATION

    - Flash the boot.img usingg fastboot :

    if you dont see the FreeXperia Logo then you have wrong kernel

    1. Do a factory reset
    2. Wipe Cache Partition
    3. Wipe Dalvick cache
    4. Wipe Battery stats
    5. Flash the 1st_package package via CWM Recovery
    6. Flash 2nd_Package via CWM recovery ( LT15i is Xperia Arc , LT18i is for Xperia S )
    7. Enjoy !

    Hi guys just a litle message to tell that i dont forgott xperia 2011 line xperia Users

    i will be back as soon as i will get my Xperia Arc.
    The old one was brocken and will receive a new one soon , its 3 month now that i havent the phone but the work on CM9 is on the way.
    As soon i will gen my new phone i will release the first Alpha versionof CM9 based Semc Debrand Engine with all the new feature of xperia S ICS firmware

    Ther are the 2011 line xperia device that will get the new CM9 SDE

    Xperia Arc / S ; Xperia Neo / V ; Xperia Pro

    @all , the rom is on the stade to reborn , cause now taked as base the new ARC fereware , so a lot of internal code changes , working on Xperia X10 , x8 and ARC , so the developpement is realy active , next weekend new release will be ready with bootable rom , i still havent the phone yet , but for xperia x8 it will be finished shortly as y will have the phone soon , dont worry about the developpement it continue just to let you all informed

    i have the Xperia Arc now , so the real developpement will start the rom will be released in the same time as the x10 so , for now dont ask for eta , project is not dead , and when ready it will be totally stable , with everythink from stock and cm7
