first calm down and stop posting all over the place
disconnect the cable from pc, close odin
press power+vol down to enter download mode
start odin
connect tablet to pc
flash the firmware
when finished go to recovery (power+vol up) and wipe cache/factory reset, then reboot
after that you can use odin to flash 412 or 442, just download again, from different source if possible
or just let it do about 3 ota updates

Edit: here you have a collection of stock firmwares for n8000, n8010 and n8020:

Strange...
Try to flash again the 442 stock firmware, download it again. Use different Odin version, try the pit files you found.
Remember to tick repartition only when using a pit file.

I try with differents ROMs / USB ports / another PC / With or without PIT file /
I always get the same result.

It may be a hardware problem? Memory?

I also get the same issue with the screen, sometimes white or just a dotted white screen....

Anybody found any solution?

regards,MLM
