[Rom] Team IceSense Jelly Bean Port

Ok So first of haha we are first for jelly bean on desire hd.

And now the real stuff all it does right now is boot , but no home screen so its still a lot of WIP.

But i bet together we can find a why to make this run.

Boot.img is only needed if you are in eng-off

Well if you are eng -off you need to flash the boot.img right after install
