[Q] samsung Fascinate cellular south sms receiving issue

i flashed my samsung Fascinate cellular south with 7.1.0-Fascinate cyanogenMod and then my phone can send sms massages but can't receive sms messages
i don't know what is the wrong please help me guys:)

this is the showcase right? You need to my changes to the apns and build prop. It flash one if my showcase roms. I recommend AOKP.
