I cant get this to flash. I confirm MD5 and it matches but everytime i get stuck on splash. Ive tried using wipe all zips and manually wiping each option but i get stuck on splash. Im not flashing anything else just the rom no kernels ect. Im using amon ra style recovery
It took me a long time to boot. Stuck at splash for a while and the the stock boot animation. It does work though. I am typing this on this rom right now. It has no tweaks at all. So you have to mod your own build prop and ram tweaks. It really does work well once it's up and running. I tried smurfing but it started running very slow and got random reboots. It just didn't agree with my setup. I am running with underworld kernel.

I only have 18 mb free on system but 184 on data after all my usual apps are installed. It also uses the ext partition. As long as your sdcard is partitioned you should have no space issues.

hmm, just had my first random reboot... the phone was connected to wifi but sleeping, doing nothing not even syncing, just there right next to me when boom the white Evo 4G screen came on must be the sbc kernel??

I just ran this rom overnight. I didn't experience any issues at all that I can think of. I thought it was good on performance and I had a good impression. I had to go back to a Sense 3.5 rom just because i prefer it. Great job on this rom! I'm sure you will continue to impress.
I agree with EVO4gnoob. I'm expirencing the same thing. I'm on amon ra 2.3. I wiped it clean. And used a superwipe. Stayed on splash for 30 min...

Not sure what to tell you. If it doesn't boot, try pulling the battery and rebooting into recovery. Wipe cache and dalvik cache then reboot. I used it for a couple of days. I went back to shooter because of all my mods. I may very well make this my daily once he adds rc tweaks. I just like the no flip clock and my no spin Rosie mod for shooter. I can't stand when the carousel spins freely when all I want to do is change screens. I may make a Rosie mod for this as well once it's finished.

annnd diesel does that mod make it act like sense 2.1 then? or just take away the spinning (i guess thats what we can call it lol) cuz i like not having to go back and forth but ya have no need for it to spin around lol unless im bored as stated (i would put a game on each screen spin it and than play that game lol

it removes the useless (IMO) carousel, so no matter how hard/fast you swipe screens the carousel effect wont happen

It allows you to scroll from screen to screen in a complete circle as before with out the ability to fling it and watch it spin two full rotations. Basically it slows it down. I will put it together maybe tomorrow for this rom if it is wanted. Thanks for the support Luis!

Nice job, I love that this is stock 3.0 like Virus kingdom, please keep it stock and this will be my go to sense rom when I'm not on decks. I'm going to keep my eye on this.

Okay I must have completely and stupidly overlooked the fact that multiple .apks/.jars need to be edited in order for RCTweaks to function properly. It's going to take some time for me to put all of that together...
So, in the mean time, I made a flashable zip for depagnated app drawer for dieselford and anyone else interested.
Also, people who are experiencing a splash screen/boot screen stick be more than welcome to send me a logcat.
And I'll also check out that 3D no-carousel as a flashable as well.

volume rocker mod to change tracks.
i dont think virus's had this but i know miks 2.1 did but may be a 5x4 drawer but no biggie a drawer is a drawer.
and a battery icon that supports single percents (example sprint lovers but i really just like having a number up there but thats me)
either way little bit of lag here and there but i think its just gotta settle thanks a bunch man you are makin lots of ppls day

I will update this with more mods and any that people are willing to contribute.10Changelog for D3rp r3Dux:
- removed language files from some apps and recompiled them as a result freed up 80+ mb of space in system/app
- bumped internal storage from 120mb to 200mb, and 270mb on ext-partition from my testing.
- optimized some apks and pngs, freed up another 10mb.
- optimized bootup/down bootanimation
- bumped system memory allocation from 18mb to 60mb
- removed a couple lib files that I thought were unnecessary
- removed CIQ files
- removed Beats Audio files(was causing DSP manager to FC when using equalizer)
- fixed the stock Browser from crashing when webpage had embedded Flash video
- turned Unknown Sources on, disable haptic feedback by default
- took out the a2sd and replaced it with Dark Tremors a2sd(flash the newest Underworld kernel for ext4 support, will probably bake in next release. Thanks ca1ne)
- faster transitions/ made spinners smoother and faster
- updated a few apps most notably latest Google Play and added Es File Explorer
- added LeeDroid Tweaks(reorder quicksettings/hide recent apps, switch volume wake or skip track and bunch other stuff see for yourself.)
I was going to add the rest of these other standalone mods in myself but all the apps ThickLizard provided got them in. Made my job a bit easier
- mods include: Mms compression disabled + sms backup, WiFi Hotspot Hack, Smooth Scroll, 30 Step Incremental Volume, CRT animation

i think i'm pretty close to getting most of the must have functions into this rom and keeping the base mostly stock. i got swipe notifications in, ext-4 support baked in from the Underworld 8 kernel(credits to ca1ne). and i think the rom is less laggier and smooth because of it. watch the vid and tell me how it runs.
it still has 200mb of internal space and i think 270mb on a2sd last time i checked. haven't tested. anyways it's almost a wrap and it'll be up to Savoca to releaseit... or add more things to it if he so chooses. i give the rom back to him. i tried to improve it the best way i know how and i know i can still do more to it given some time. i may make a spin-off rom using this base but i don't know, we'll see...
