2 x 4ext partition (1.=2GB, 2.=1,8GB) and SWAP 250MB. If this rom not have USB storage - its OK (i can have communication with comp throu Magdlr)

No, I haven't. Probably will be OK - like in case of your JB4.3.1 PixelDroid SLIM ROM v.2 - on Native SD was OK:good: (in this case I have problem with DirectSD instalation on 2 x 4ext partition 1.=1,6GB, 2.=1,6GB - now I have changed the size of partitions)

Which browser you use when downloading from dev-host? I used Chrome, but always get corrupted zip file. Try to download with IE, for me, it worked.

Download link is definately broken...tried Chrome, IE7, Firefox but the page is unavailable and the cached copy of the page says "error 404: not found".
Can someone please mirror it or something, I'm in a very bad spot regarding time needed for download and flashing.

Maybe now it's working, or at the time you wrote your post, but last night ~2AM it didn't work for sure. Tried some other links to the same site, they didn't work either, so maybe it was a hosting problem. Thanks.
